  • Support media outreach and monitoring: Help research media targets, develop media lists, draft outreach materials, and monitor relevant coverage and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with integrated teams: Partner with colleagues across digital, paid, media, and analytics functions to support the development of integrated campaign elements.
  • Track trends and news developments: Conduct media monitoring and background research to inform strategy, messaging, and client counsel.
  • Keep projects moving smoothly: Help manage timelines, organize files, and ensure tasks stay on track, contributing to the smooth execution of team initiatives.
  • Pitch in where needed: Be ready to support teammates with coordination, documentation, and execution across various projects and deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or marketing; agency experience and exposure to large, integrated programs preferred.
  • Health communications experience preferred; familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or health communications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Veeva and preparing documents for MLR reviews is a strong advantage.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling disease state awareness materials, social media copy, media materials and other client assets.
  • Understand digital and social media strategies and their role in communications campaigns.
  • Help drive projects forward and support day-to-day team operations, including meeting preparation, client follow-ups and other project management coordination activities.
