Overview- Lead cutting‑edge trends and best practices across social and influencer strategies, helping to uplevel the clients’ social thinking and execution.
- Will build the social and influencer strategies for 2-3 brands, overseeing and collaborating with the Community Manager on the brand
- Manages social and influencer strategy and planning and content across social platforms to drive conversation and performance.
- This includes outlining the social and influencer strategy, channel roles, content calendars, and briefs.
- This role will also include client management for social and influencer work streams, interfacing directly with the client around influencer programming updates and social strategy deliverables.
- Collaborates with production, media (amplification/boosting) and analytics teams to ensure consistent work maps to strategy.
- Developing smart social and content strategies for clients
- Sourcing, planning and executing social and content programs
- Helping create and execute influencer strategies
- Developing thought leadership pieces and other editorial material
- Keeping a firm pulse on pop culture, entertainment events and other opportunities for our clients to make waves in social
- Building strong relationships with third party content providers and website in professional networking arenas - attending/speaking at relevant events
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
- 4 to 8 years of digital experience in advertising, entertainment, newsroom or content fields—if you have social, PR or publishing experience, even better
- Experience living in the social media universe—you’re in‑the‑know on all social platforms
- Excellent research and writing skills—and the ability to create smart content quickly (please include links to examples of your work in your application)
- The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
- A nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture
- An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick
- The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
- Willingness to travel—you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
- Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL
· E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: 81225- 116655 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
