Our B2B Product Marketing team is looking for a motivated Senior Product Marketing Specialist who excels working within a team and independently, eager to learn and grow, and cares deeply about the partner experience to focus on our Vacation Rental business. In

this role, you will:
  • Assist with developing fundamental insights of our market, partners, and competitors
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement that inform marketing and product strategies
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform GTM strategies, messaging and positioning, and influence the product roadmap by conducting customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups
  • Work across global teams to own, execute and report on go-to-market marketing strategies to drive high-performing product launches
  • Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging optimization for our Vacation Rental product portfolio
  • Collaborate with product, growth marketing, public relations, field enablement, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for go to market launch
  • Present GTM plans and performance updates to senior management
  • Help maintain internal alignment with other parts of the company including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing
Who you are:
  • 2–5 years of experience orchestrating and optimizing B2B go-to-market strategies across the customer lifecycle (preferably in tech, SaaS, marketplace, or travel)
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently prioritize and lead execution from other team members to deliver quality outcomes on time
  • Demonstrate use of data and metrics to develop and test hypotheses, deploy optimizations, and evaluate outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to work effectively across globally matrixed teams and influence without direct authority
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a strong bias for action
  • Actively identify and resolve issues, owning tools and processes, with minimal supervision

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
