We're seeking a passionate and strategic Sr Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for products and offerings related to inventory. This includes a fast-growing portfolio of products spanning marketplaces, deals, auctions, supply path optimization, inventory quality controls, and more.
You will be the subject matter expert, partnering closely with our Product, Inventory, and Commercial teams to translate complex technical features into compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with clients and partners and drive product adoption.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to accelerate this positive change in the programmatic marketplace and help shape the future of the ad-supported open internet.
What you’ll do:- Drive Product Adoption and Revenue: Partner with Product, Inventory, and Commercial teams to drive achievement of product and business objectives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products, including defining target audiences, value propositions, messaging, and integrated marketing launch plans.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, concise, and compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of our inventory solutions and differentiates The Trade Desk from competitors.
- Content Creation: Develop a wide range of marketing materials, including sales enablement tools, presentations, articles, case studies, videos, and more.
- Sales Enablement: Help equip our sales and client services teams with the knowledge and resources they need to sell the value of our product offerings.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Product Feedback & Roadmaps: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on product roadmap and go-to-market plans.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption and the success of marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become a recognized subject matter expert on The Trade Desk's inventory solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in the ad tech or digital media industry, with a focus on inventory, supply, or programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and publishers.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results, including new launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
