The internship duration is May-September - with possibility of extending into a permanent role if student has weekly availability during the school year.
Sips is looking for a creative, driven, and experienced social media manager to take charge of our Instagram presence. This position is perfect for someone with prior social media management experience (even minimal), who is eager to join a fast-growing brand, contribute new ideas, and bring their creative direction to life. If you're passionate about coffee and ready to help grow a brand, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute Sips' Instagram content calendar, including posts, stories, and reels.Create and capture engaging content that reflects the fun, lively nature of Sips and resonates with our community.Work closely with the Sips team to plan content around product launches, events, and promotions.Attend Sips events, pop-ups, and activations over the summer to capture live moments and behind-the-scenes content for Instagram.Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, with a focus on innovative content strategies to increase engagement.Monitor Instagram analytics and trends to optimize the content strategy and drive growth.Qualifications:Proven social media management experience (prior experience required, even if limited).Strong creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas for social media campaigns.Familiarity with Instagram tools, including Stories, Reels, Highlights, and analytics.Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a passion for growing social media presence.Attention to detail, ability to prepare concise, captivating, and grammatically correct copy for captions, stories, and more.Ability to attend events and activations during the summer months.A portfolio showcasing prior social media work is required along with your resume.Bonus:
