Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate with 2–3 years of corporate experience in marketing, communications, or design. This role will be based in Chicago and will support internal communications and membership-facing initiatives within a professional, law-firm environment. The position will focus heavily on presentations, marketing materials, and brand consistency across firm-wide initiatives and events.
Key Responsibilities- Support internal marketing and communications initiatives across the firm
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and membership events
- Develop and maintain marketing and branded materials in alignment with firm standards
- Assist with marketing communications for membership events and national conferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop copy and translate content into polished visual materials
- Support live presentations and events, including travel as needed
- Serve as backup support to the Graphics & Design Manager
- Assist with ongoing firm-wide projects and special initiatives as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of corporate experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (required)
- Strong experience with PowerPoint, presentations, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in a structured, professional environment (law firm or similar preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting with two days onsite in Chicago
