• Supporting live marketing campaigns as part of an on‑site team
• Communicating brand messaging clearly and professionally
• Conducting customer conversations and guiding customer sign‑ups
• Collaborating daily with team leaders to hit shared performance goals
• Contributing feedback and insights from the field to improve campaign results
