We are seeking a midlevel social media strategist and subject matter expert to join one of the largest teams at VML working on one of our most established brands.

You’re a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You’ll uncover insights that can guide a brand’s ideas and decisions and play a key role in shaping their overall approach to social.

• Develop social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas
• Conduct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand’s strategic decisions
• Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to support a brand’s social marketing goals
• Onboard and train junior team members

• 4-7 years of social marketing experience
• Experience leading projects and overseeing the work of others
• Advanced understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills

$60,000—$140,000 USD
