Job Overview
The Product Marketing Manager at Rewards Network is responsible for owning the go-to-market strategy and positioning for both consumer and restaurant-facing products. This role requires close collaboration with product teams to gain an in-depth understanding of products and upcoming launches. The Product Marketing Manager works across the organization to plan and execute GTM plans while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. In addition, this role drives ongoing product success by leading the development and launch of engagement and adoption campaigns in partnership with B2B and B2C marketing teams.
This is a hybrid position and requires in-office presence 3 days a week in Chicago.
What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)- Deeply understand assigned products through using them, interviewing users, reviewing user feedback, and collaborating with product and other stakeholders internally.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for your products, demonstrating a strong understanding of both restaurant and consumer personas.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and B2B Marketing to ensure the Sales and Service teams are equipped to tell the product story and accelerate conversion and retention opportunities.
- Own and lead the strategic planning and execution of product launches, setting the success metrics and building consensus around the plans as well as ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly communicated across the organization.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform product strategy and GTM plans.
- Champion the voice of the customer across product and marketing decisions. Proactively identify opportunity areas and make recommendations about growth and retention strategies.
- Monitor product metrics and impact of product marketing initiatives to inform future marketing strategies and product expansion and retention features.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to create tasteful and compelling content for internal product training materials as well as external GTM and ongoing product adoption and engagement campaigns.
- Lead execution of marketing engagement and retention campaigns for consumer and B2B products, including development, launch, and measurement of campaigns across email, push, and SMS.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of deep product and customer understanding, including hands-on product use, defining value propositions, and translating insights into clear product positioning adopted across the organization.
- Experience developing GTM strategies and leading successful product launches, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Strong marketing technology experience, including Salesforce, lifecycle automation (email/push/SMS), website CMS tools, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
