The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, hands‑on Retail Media & E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to lead paid search advertising and digital shelf excellence across  and other major retailer platforms. This person will serve as the company’s internal expert for pay‑per‑click advertising, retail media networks, and e‑commerce content optimization.

You will manage and optimize all paid retail search campaigns (with a major focus on Walmart Connect) and own the quality, accuracy, and performance of product detail pages across  partners. This is a full‑time, in‑office role five days per week, supporting close collaboration across Sales and Marketing.

KEY DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Media / Paid Search Ownership
  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of all retail media PPC campaigns across Walmart Connect, Kroger/Promote

IQ, Target Roundel, and other RMNs.
  • Serve as the hands‑on‑keyboard PPC expert — including keyword strategy, bid management, campaign architecture, and real‑time optimization.

  • Build testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative testing, keyword segmentation) to fuel continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Translate business priorities (distribution, promo windows, seasonality, inventory) into smart media strategies by retailer.
  • Manage external agencies or platform partners if applicable.
E‑Commerce Content & Digital Shelf Management
  • Own product detail page content across the top retailer platforms — titles, bullets, keywords, descriptions, imagery, rich media, A+ content, and brand stores.
  • Ensure content accuracy and alignment with new item launches, packaging changes, flavor updates, case‑pack updates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve and maintain content performance scores (ie. Walmart Rich Media/Digital Shelf)
  • Oversee seasonal updates, hero image refreshes, value messaging, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track retail media performance, spend pacing, organic ranking, conversion, and sales results.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with clear “so what” insights and action steps.
  • Analyze category and competitive activity; proactively suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance on annual budget planning and monthly spend reconciliation.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Sales on joint business planning, retailer calendars, promotional integration, and growth targets.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing to brief and guide asset development for retail media placements and PDP content.
  • Educate the internal team on best practices, platform changes, competitive trends, and new RMN capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years experience in e‑commerce, retail media, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
  • Hands‑on experience running PPC campaigns within Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Instacart Ads, Kroger/Promote
