Overview

LaSalle Network has partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company in the financial services space to identify a Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale its digital growth engine. This Vice President of Marketing is a high-impact leadership role for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of demand generation, ABM, events, and AI-powered marketing innovation. As Vice President of Marketing
, you will partner closely with Sales and executive leadership to drive pipeline, revenue, and long-term growth.

• Owning the full-funnel demand generation strategy, with accountability for pipeline and revenue impact
• Leading account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value enterprise and strategic accounts
• Building and executing a scalable event and field marketing strategy, including industry conferences, hosted events, and executive round tables
• Driving the adoption of AI across marketing, from campaign optimization and personalization to analytics and performance insights
• Managing and developing a high-performing digital marketing team
• Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Rev Ops

• 12+ years of digital marketing experience, with senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• Proven success driving measurable demand generation and ABM programs
• Strong understanding of modern marketing tech stacks and analytics
• Experience applying AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and scale
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset

• Executive-level visibility and ownership over growth initiatives
