Description

Joining the talented Account Management team at #TeamIZEA, the Assistant Account Executive will play a critical role in supporting client success, ensuring influencer campaigns run smoothly, and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Developing a foundational understanding of influencer marketing, client service best practices, and campaign execution.
  • Assisting in managing timelines, tracking data, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Helping ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and harmonizing workflows.
  • Working closely with internal teams to understand how each department contributes to campaign success.
  • Tracking key metrics, assisting with reporting efforts, and contributing to strategic insights for client deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or client support, (internships included)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
