Essential Responsibilities- Understand and clearly articulate Global and Americas goals and objectives in all communications, adapting them for division audiences.
- Develop robust strategic communication plans that align to Global and Americas, including digital, on‑demand and multi‑channel execution.
- Promote account personnel stories, wins and successes across regional, business line and enterprise‑wide communication channels.
- Participate in enterprise‑wide communications initiatives, adopting new channels and developing centralized resources.
- Assist with planning, execution and content at client events and leadership meetings onsite.
- Prepare scripts and presentations for executive‑level speaking engagements, both internal and external.
- Suggest social media topics relevant to each executive’s area of expertise to Public Relations colleagues.
- Manage the industry division’s major intranet, collaboration sites and internal communities.
- Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on communications issues and change management programs.
- Collaborate with Americas‑region counterparts to align messaging and drive desired results across divisions and geographies.
- Align communications for industry messaging, marketing strategy and client engagement emails.
- Support other teams within the division, guiding communications managers on templates, protocols and best practices.
- 10+ years related experience as a communications manager with a well‑rounded strategic communications background.
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative disposition, proactive problem solving and a bias toward innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism or related field.
- Marketing, communications and/or journalism experience preferred.
- Commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple communications channels and reaching disparate audiences.
- Experience in change communications and working across geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate multiple senior‑level priorities concurrently.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent results in a fast‑moving environment.
- Ability to work confidently, collaboratively and effectively with all levels of employees.
- Understanding of and commitment to client service.
Estimated compensation: – USD per year.
LocationOn‑site – Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Washington, DC.
