As our Communications Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in executing internal communications initiatives that support change management, evolve our corporate culture, and strengthen employee engagement. You’ll write and deliver clear, compelling communications across multiple channels, build communication plans for high‑impact initiatives, and partner with stakeholders across levels to translate complex updates into messages employees can understand and align around.

You’ll also help evolve how we communicate internal education and product knowledge during a period of significant change.

What You’ll Do Content + Messaging
  • Write, edit, and proofread internal communications (examples: org-wide updates, change communications, announcements, employee/product spotlights, event communications).
  • Identify the right channels and formats for key updates based on audience needs and the pace of change.
  • Translate complex, technical, or sensitive information into accessible, digestible messages.
  • Create leader‑ready assets (talking points, FAQs, slide decks, templates, and toolkits).
  • Lead change management initiatives with clear, consistent communication that maintains momentum toward transformation while addressing change fatigue.
  • Build communication plans for major initiatives (audiences, message hierarchy, channels, timing, and follow‑through).
  • Support culture and engagement efforts through storytelling, recognition, and employee experience communications.
  • Help drive desired behaviors by ensuring employees understand what’s changing, why it matters, and what they need to do.
Channels + Planning
  • Support leader communications and internal events (all‑hands, AMAs, etc).
  • Maintain internal channels, communications calendar, distribution lists, and a simple repository of approved content and templates.
  • Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and channel strategy to make communications more consistent, easier to find, and easier to act on.
  • Collaborate with the broader (including global) Communications team as needed on shared initiatives and standards.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in internal communications, corporate communications, media, or a related field (open to both earlier-career and more experienced candidates).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong judgment and discretion; comfortable communicating in a regulated environment with high standards for and compliance sensitivity.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and subject matter experts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly organized and proactive; able to manage multiple projects and keep details tight.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align communications to business goals.
  • Experience with or interest in developing visual assets (slides, graphics).
  • Technical acumen (fintech experience a plus); comfort translating technical concepts for broad employee audiences.
  • Experience working on or partnering with People/HR teams (performance cycles, org change, engagement, rewards, policy updates).
  • Experience in learning & development, employee relations, or employee engagement programs.
  • Design and digital skills (slide design, graphics, asset management).
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms and content tools (e.g., intranet/SharePoint, Teams/Slack, LMS content management).
