The Role

Digital Marketing is a critical part of every consumer journey, but many companies only measure its impact on their digital outcomes. Our approach to digital marketing at Ovative Group can’t be found anywhere else. We measure and optimize at the enterprise level, both online and offline. Our clients span multiple industries, including retail, healthcare, education, CPG, and hospitality. Our approach to Influencer Marketing is different;

we’re looking for a performance-oriented individual with an incrementality mindset to learn, adapt, push boundaries, and share perspectives with the team. As a member of Ovative’s Paid Media team with a focus on Influencer, you’ll concentrate on delivering marketing results for Influencer channels while leveraging best-in-class measurement solutions across clients.

Responsibilities Of An Analyst, Influencer Marketing
  • Cross-functional strategy & thought leadership:
    Act as a subject matter expert for Influencer strategies by evolving Ovative’s approach, vetting and partnering with new technology companies, managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends
  • Develop and drive forward multi-channel digital media strategies and roadmaps aligned with client program growth goals
  • Understand and find synergies across digital channels within the client mix in partnership with other team members
  • Performance media management & execution:
    Build Influencer strategies for clients and lead tactical planning and execution
  • Lead day to day management and optimization of marketing campaigns with exceptional execution
  • Program and campaign planning, strategy and plan documentation
  • Clearly defined objectives, tactics and metrics
  • Custom analysis, reporting and insights
  • Influencer agreements, billings, transaction inquiries and compliance
  • Client communication regarding all elements of influencer programs
  • Partner with our in-house measurement team to develop industry-leading measurement capabilities
  • Create proactive communications and POVs for internal teams and clients regarding Influencer opportunities and other digital media topics
  • Source, vet and manage influencer relationships directly and with talent management agencies to facilitate contracts, campaign tracking, build creative briefs, facilitate content approval and post-campaign reporting
  • Client relationship management:
    Seek to understand the client’s business/industry and connect their work to broader project and client goals
  • Lead development and delivery of client-facing solutions, including clearly defining program objectives, tactics and KPIs
  • Developing and delivering client communication
  • Build strategies for clients and lead tactical planning and execution
  • Effectively manage & grow client relationship and establish trust and credibility
  • Strive to be the best interaction of the client’s day
  • Team leadership and employee development:
    Manage work independently with initial direction from manager, regularly speak up, ask questions and express your POV, support and mentor new Ovative team members, foster a culture of open communication and 360-degree feedback
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience directly responsible for enterprise level digital media programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to execute quickly & thoughtfully
  • Proactive and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with team members, clients and publishers
  • Solid analytical background demonstrating the ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations
  • Proven track record of success driving strong positive results through digital marketing programs
  • Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
