Job Description & How to Apply Below

There’s never been a better time to join one of America’s largest and best independent agencies – a full-service agency with an enviable client roster, world-class talent and capabilities that span all the critical elements of modern marketing. Cramer-Krasselt is more than integrated, we are interconnected, and contributors are able to influence business strategies with a core team and have a voice at the decision-making table.

We’re looking for a Media Supervisor who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the table. This role sits at the center of client leadership, media planning, and cross-functional collaboration — guiding day-to-day planning efforts while partnering closely with agency counterparts to ensure plans align with buying strategies and best practices. You’ll lead media plans from insight to execution and reporting, provide mentorship, and have a meaningful strategic voice across multiple clients.

If you’re digitally fluent but rooted in traditional media, knowledgeable about both national and local buying, and energized by collaborating with senior agency leaders while staying close to the work, this role offers meaningful exposure and growth.

About the Role
  • Serve as a day-to-day planning leader, representing C-K across multiple clients and in new business
  • Oversee workflow and development of junior colleagues
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align media strategies across traditional and digital channels with a focus on video (TV, CTV), audio (streaming and terrestrial), Paid Social, and OOH (including digital)
  • Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and cross-functional teams to build integrated, insight-driven go-to-market strategies
  • Lead media plans from recommendation through launch, optimization, and reporting
  • Monitor plan delivery with TV/Audio, Social, and Programmatic buying teams while owning client-facing results reporting and optimization processes
  • Develop RFPs, POVs, market overviews, and competitive analyses
  • Contribute to insight mining, consumer research, channel role definition, and KPI development
About You
  • 3–4 years of experience in media planning and strategy
  • Experience planning traditional media channels such as linear TV, radio, and/or out-of-home, with an understanding of how these channels work alongside digital media
  • Familiarity with national buying fundamentals including upfront, scatter, and national investment dynamics
  • Digital fluency across Video, Programmatic, Search, Mobile, and Paid Social
  • Working knowledge of planning and buying tools such as MRI/Simmons, Com Score, Prisma, Mediaocean, Telmar, Kantar, and related platforms
  • Experience using data to inform planning decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Clear, confident communicator comfortable collaborating with senior investment leaders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative approach and experience working across multiple clients and internal teams
What We Believe
  • Hierarchy means nothing on our cross-functional teams – good ideas can and should come from anyone
  • The best leaders guide strategy but are also intimately part of the day-to-day work
  • There is no such thing as an annual media plan – there is an ingoing media plan that is constantly optimized from purposeful measurement plans
  • Media works best when strategy, buying, and analytics are aligned and working together every day
Additional Information
  • We currently work in the office three days a week to facilitate in-person collaboration and the value these relationships bring to managing, mentoring, teamwork and culture. We are also committed to providing an environment that allows for work/life balance, so C-Kers work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Compensation range at the time of posting: $80,000 to $95,000 annually. Individual compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the applicant, and C-K reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time based on requirements of the position and level of responsibility.
  • C-K offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental and vision for employees and dependents including domestic partners; disability; 401(k) company match and profit sharing; and paid time off including parental leave.
  • All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
  • If you require reasonable accommodation to complete a job application, pre-employment testing, or a job interview or to otherwise participate in the hiring process, please do not hesitate to let your recruiter know.
