Lucky Lincoln is seeking a high-impact Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing execution and help build the foundation for our next phase of growth.
The Marketing Manager will operate as a hands-on individual contributor, owning day-to-day marketing execution while managing projects, creating structure, and driving momentum. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Field Marketing to ensure Lucky Lincoln shows up consistently, professionally, and competitively in the market.

What You’ll Own- Execute all promotions across Lucky Lincoln locations, including loyalty campaigns, statewide promotions, and location-level initiatives
- Own day-to-day execution of our customer loyalty program
- Ensure promotions are compliant, clearly communicated, and consistently executed
- Build repeatable, customizable campaign toolkits and workflows for field marketing execution
- Improve speed and consistency of marketing output while reducing manual and one-off work
- Manage external partners, including design, print, and merchandise vendors
- Own timelines, deliverables, and quality from start to finish
- Keep projects moving and vendors operating without leadership escalation
- Execute targeted email and outbound campaigns supporting partner growth
- Build and maintain email templates, workflows, and supporting processes
- Track campaign performance and continuously improve execution effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience with strong ownership of execution.
- Proven ability to operate as a strong individual contributor who sets priorities and drives results independently.
- Experience managing multiple projects and external vendors simultaneously.
- Strong writing, content development, and organizational skills.
- Experience in multi-location, B2B, or regulated industries is a plus.
Salary Description
$90,000 - $100,000
