Candidates must be able to commute to Lettuce Corporate (5419 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago IL 60640); a hybrid work schedule is available after training is fully completed! EOE. We participate in E‑Verify / Participamos en E‑Verify.

• Develop, lead, and execute email and SMS campaigns and programs.
• Create effective email/SMS marketing campaigns, manage creative briefs, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement a segmentation and personalization strategy to target relevant guests.
• Manage contact database, optimize list health and send performance.
• Code segmentation for marketing campaigns.
• Create strategies to optimize guest journeys and execute data‑driven predictive experiences.
• Develop persuasive, on‑brand copy designed to engage guests and drive conversions.
• Work with corporate Graphic Design team to create templates.
• Manage review and approval process for email/SMS content, test all links for quality assurance and accuracy, ensure messages are mobile‑friendly and optimized for all platforms.
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
• Use tact and good judgment when dealing with guests, vendors, and employees, responding with patience and courtesy.
• Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed.
• Occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds.

• 3+ years of marketing email/SMS experience.

USD $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
