Are you a strategic marketer who loves building brands, driving demand, and telling stories that win business? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to lead integrated marketing efforts that fuel growth, elevate our presence, and deepen client engagement.
As part of our team, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand, business development, and client strategy—owning campaigns, content, and positioning that move Bee Line forward.
What You’ll Achieve:Your impact at Bee Line
- Lead marketing strategy that drives growth. You’ll create and execute strategic plans that support business development, strengthen retention, and expand Bee Line’s reach in targeted sectors.
- Deliver integrated campaigns with measurable results. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, print, and experiential marketing—using insights to continually improve performance.
- Elevate how Bee Line shows up in the market. You’ll shape our brand voice and visual identity through high-quality collateral, digital presence, and consistent storytelling.
- Win and grow business through marketing. You’ll partner with BD and Sales to craft proposals, pitch decks, and messaging that help secure new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Build compelling content that positions us as leaders. From case studies and brochures to award submissions and web/email copy, your work will highlight Bee Line’s outcomes and differentiators.
- Be a strategic partner to clients and internal teams. You’ll lead discovery sessions, translate needs into strong marketing direction, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or client account management
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, strategic client relationships
- Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns and managing multi-channel messaging
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Strategic, big-picture marketer with strong execution chops
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Confident leading client discovery and translating insight into action
- Strong project management and campaign optimization mindset
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning it into clear recommendations Why Join Us
