ARCO/Murray is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to support our Tenant Solutions division in our Chicago office. The ideal candidate has experience in developing marketing plans and implementing strategies for clients, brands, categories, and segments. As part of a growing company and team, the role requires a creative approach to problem-solving and proactive team collaboration to deliver valuable solutions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE- Build purposeful brand awareness by creating and executing strategies for industry associations, external communications/PR, and advertising for key focus building areas like industrial, manufacturing, aviation, rail and automotive
- Attend client/industry events to increase market awareness and influence positioning strategy
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns around specific messages and targets
- Customize pre‑pitch (capabilities) and pitch (proposal) materials to support prospecting
- Create marketing and client experience plans for each job and proactively track and execute
- Develop market insights for key regions and transportation‑related niches using internal and external data to formulate and communicate strategic plans to team
- Capitalize on high‑potential marketing opportunities on the jobsite and coordinate asset capture to support future sales opportunities and project experience showcases
- Partner with business development to implement a post‑job client engagement plan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent degree required
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a marketing/business management role
- Must be extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and work well with and without processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable presenting to executive management teams and clients
- Experience networking professionally with clients and industry prospects
- Ability to collaborate on a team, but also work independently, show initiative, and strive to grow
- Experience conceptualizing the big picture goal, while also working hands‑on to drive execution and solve problems
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to utilize analysis for insights and action
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects
