Position Overview:

R.H. Boyd seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns that elevate the brand, drive revenue growth, and expand audience engagement across digital and social platforms. This role blends creativity, analytics, and project management to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong visual sensibilities, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to translate business goals into compelling digital content and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and oversee a cohesive social media strategy across all R.H. Boyd related brands, events, and initiatives (e.g., Legacy Ball, publishing releases, ad campaigns, content for CEO).
  • Create, curate, and schedule high‑quality content (graphics, reels, stories, posts) aligned with brand voice and seasonal priorities.
  • Manage daily social engagement: respond to comments/messages, nurture community interaction, and monitor brand mentions.
  • Track analytics and optimize strategies for growth, engagement, and conversion.
Marketing Campaign Development
  • Lead planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns supporting product launches, book releases, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Manage email marketing, subscriber growth, and CRM segmentation.
  • Coordinate advertising initiatives across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely deliverables.
Brand Storytelling and Content Creation
  • Support the development of branded content across platforms, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and aesthetics.
  • Produce or coordinate multimedia content, including video clips, photos, testimonials, and promotional assets.
  • Uphold R.H. Boyd’s heritage‑driven brand standards across all creative output.
Partnerships, Influencers, and Community Engagement
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand brand awareness.
  • Support event marketing campaigns, including Legacy Ball promotions, tours, and community programs.
  • Collaborate on PR efforts, press releases, and media kits when needed.
Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization
  • Monitor KPIs across platforms and campaigns, preparing monthly performance reports for the executive team.
  • Use data insights to refine messaging, campaign timing, and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Experience working with heritage, cultural, publishing, or luxury brands is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Understanding of print production and digital publishing workflows.
