Jostens is seeking a highly motivated email Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and optimizing all email campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution, and passionate about staying on top of the latest marketing trends.

• Drive quality assurance, deliverability and optimization of email marketing campaigns across multiple markets with high attention to market‑specific nuance
• Leverage data analytics to create detailed audience segments based on customer behaviors, purchase history, and engagement trends.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and automation refinement.
• Build and refine automated flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, post‑purchase nurture, and re‑engagement campaigns.
• Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, open rates, AOV, LTV) and implement insights to drive ongoing campaign improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define requirements and campaign goals, provide updates and solicit feedback to ensure all campaigns and projects are aligned with broader marketing initiatives
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand and Design teams to develop compelling marketing content, including copywriting
• Measure and analyze campaign performance to maximize results;
  Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate on other marketing projects such as seasonal campaigns or efforts to gather customer insights and feedback

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in email
• Proficient in managing marketing platforms, tools and strategies to build and deploy SMS campaigns
• Experienced in copywriting and content creation
• Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies to deliver effective communication
• Strong attention to detail while operating in a fast‑paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data‑driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Can learn systems/platforms and programs quickly, and adapt to ever‑changing markets
• Ability to work independently with little supervision; highly organized with strong time management skills
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and action‑oriented

• Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Attentive
