OverviewOur client is hiring a Senior Brand Writer to define, build, and steward how the company sounds as it launches a new category in digital trust. This is a ground‑up role with real ownership: you’ll establish the brand voice, narrative, and point of view, then carry it through everything the company ships.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Brand and work closely with senior creative leadership and the CEO to shape the language behind the company’s most important moments. This is not a production copy role—it’s about setting the standard for how the company communicates, from first principles through final execution.
Role OverviewAs Senior Brand Writer, you’ll own our client’s brand voice and narrative across the moments that matter most. You’ll define how the company explains itself, its products, and its role in the market—and ensure clarity, credibility, and consistency across all communications.
You’ll collaborate closely with brand and creative leadership, partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy, and support executive and leadership communications. This is a senior role requiring strong judgment, restraint, and narrative discipline.

- Define and own our client’s brand voice, tone, narrative, and point of view
- Establish language frameworks that clearly explain who the company is, what it builds, and why it matters
- Write and shape high‑impact brand copy across key touchpoints, including the website, product launches, brand guidelines, conference assets, videos, enterprise and sales materials, and executive presentations
- Partner closely with senior creative leadership to align language with visual expression and brand direction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging is accurate, credible, and grounded in technical reality
- Support the CEO and senior leadership by shaping executive messaging and adapting voice for different audiences while κόσ maintaining consistency
- Review and refine copy across teams to uphold clarity, quality, and voice discipline as the company scales
- Set and maintain standards for how our client communicates across all channels
You’re an experienced brand writer with strong editorial judgment and a sharp command of language. You can translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling narratives, define voice from the ground up, and carry it through execution as a company scales.
Experience- 7–10+ years as an in‑house brand writer or copywriter
- Proven experience owning brand voice and core messaging across multiple channels
- Required:
