Lead Interactive Recruiter and Account Manager at Synergy InteractiveThe Role
We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our product is positioned, understood, and adopted in the market. This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role focused on turning deep technical capabilities into clear, compelling positioning and go‑to‑market strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Reporting to the VP of Brand and working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales, you’ll own the product narrative end to end—ensuring it is accurate, differentiated, and consistent across every audience. You’ll also partner closely with executive leadership on major launches, partnerships, and market‑facing communications.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Translate complex technical systems, integrations, and infrastructure into clear value propositions and messaging
- Develop and evolve the product’s category perspective and narrative, grounded in real technical strengths
- Tailor positioning for different audiences including enterprise buyers, public sector, developers, and partners
- Stay tightly aligned with product and engineering on roadmap, workflows, security, and system design
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for major releases, including sales decks, one‑pagers, demos, and solution briefs
- Partner with executive leadership on messaging for launches, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Work with brand and creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling across campaigns and digital experiences
- Define ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, and adoption paths using market and customer insights
- Equip sales and customer‑facing teams with competitive insights, objection handling, and core narratives
- Maintain message integrity so external communications remain accurate and credible as the product evolves
Who You Are
You are a technically fluent product marketer who enjoys working in fast‑moving, startup‑style environments. You’re comfortable operating with limited structure, building frameworks from scratch, and collaborating deeply across teams to turn complex products into clear stories that resonate with buyers and partners.
Experience
- 8+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or go‑to‑market roles for complex B2B products
- Strong background in startup or high‑growth environments where you’ve helped define positioning and GTM from the ground up
- Proven success leading full product launches, from strategy through enablement and adoption
- Experience building messaging and value frameworks based on real product capabilities, not just market trends
- Ability to turn architecture, integrations, and security concepts into persuasive positioning and GTM plans
- Skilled at creating category narratives, competitive positioning, and messaging systems that drive revenue
- Strong at producing sales‑ready materials and supporting critical customer and partner conversations
- Confident communicator with good judgment and experience presenting to senior leadership
- Proficient with presentation and productivity tools (e.g., PowerPoint, spreadsheets, Google Workspace)
- Naturally curious, commercially minded, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- High ownership, high standards, and comfortable working directly with executive leadership
