• Serve as a brand representative at various events, including trade shows, promotions, dog shows, and other animal‑related gatherings, to increase brand awareness and convey our mission.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Utilize effective communication strategies to deliver Sploot Veterinary Care's brand message to consumers.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement brand‑building strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team about customer preferences and responses to new products or promotions.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and potential brand partnerships to broaden our reach and influence.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a brand ambassador role or similar customer‑centric role.
• Knowledge and understanding of the veterinary industry are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
• Exemplary social skills with the ability to network and establish relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and techniques to promote brands.
• Ability to relay brand messages effectively and with passion.
