Overview

We’re seeking an innovative AI Content Strategist to lead the development of next-generation website content, leveraging artificial intelligence to create engaging, on-brand, and user-centric digital experiences. This critical role offers the opportunity to influence key initiatives in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally to harness AI capabilities and strategic content execution. Required

Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, UX Writing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content, SEO, or editorial roles
  • Hands‑on experience with AI content tools and prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, RAG‑based systems)
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, schema, search intent, and structured data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, iterative environment
  • Experience collaborating across teams to develop and optimize content workflows
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in healthcare or patient‑focused content
  • Familiarity with content management systems and web information architecture
  • Skills in analytics and content performance monitoring
  • Experience developing operational workflows for content production and AI integration
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, UX Writing, or related fields
