US Marketing Manager - Events at F1® Arcade
Strategic Events Marketing LeadershipThe Marketing Manager, Events at F1 Arcade serves as a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for driving awareness and consideration of F1 Arcade as a premier destination for corporate events, team‑building activities, and social group experiences. This role leads B2B and event‑focused advertising, campaign development, brand storytelling, partnerships, and activations designed to increase qualified interest and overall visibility of event offerings.
Working closely across Marketing, Events, and Venue teams, the Marketing Manager ensures F1 Arcade remains top‑of‑mind within the corporate and social‑events landscape, delivering compelling content, strategic campaigns, and meaningful partnerships that support event revenue growth and elevate the F1 Arcade brand.
Key Areas of Responsibility Events Marketing Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute annual B2B and social event marketing plans to increase awareness of F1 Arcade's event capabilities.
- Define target event audiences and refine positioning and messaging for corporate, social, and group segments.
- Align with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing strategies support business‑wide event priorities.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns that drive qualified inbound interest.
- Manage the upper‑ and mid‑funnel strategy to build visibility among key B2B and social audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and insights, providing reporting that guides optimization and future planning.
- Develop compelling collateral, digital content, case studies, venue one‑pagers, and partner materials.
- Oversee production of photography and videography that highlight the F1 Arcade event experience.
- Maintain consistent events storytelling across all owned channels.
- Support partnerships that elevate F1 Arcade's presence within the corporate and hospitality ecosystem.
- Develop and execute onsite and offsite activations designed to increase awareness among B2B audiences.
- Collaborate with local venue teams on initiatives that strengthen community and corporate visibility.
- Manage email and lifecycle marketing to nurture interest, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with CRM and tech teams to enhance segmentation, automation, and lead‑quality scoring.
- Work closely with PR to support stories positioning F1 Arcade as a leading event destination.
- Partner with venue leadership to provide locally relevant B2B materials and market insights.
- Support new venue openings with awareness‑focused B2B marketing plans and outreach strategies.
- 4–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, events, hospitality, or experiential entertainment.
- Strong experience in awareness marketing, campaign management, and content development.
- Familiarity with B2B advertising channels and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Skilled in developing marketing collateral and storytelling for business audiences.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth brand environment.
- Interest in Formula 1® is a plus but not required.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate F1 Arcade Core Values.
Basic
Physical Requirements:
When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team members will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly. Additional requirements will include lifting to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required.
Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended periods of time. FREQUENT hand washing and sanitation is required. The ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment.
Team Member must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
