Sr. Coordinator, Hospitality

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of multiple corporate hospitality events throughout the year, including concepting, pre-planning, execution and post-event closure.
• Manage operational and logistical event details: venue selection, contract negotiations, financial management, guest online registration and communication, air and ground transportation, hotel, merchandise, tickets, activities, printed collateral, audio visual, catering, talent, gifting.
• Assist with event budget development, management and reconciliations.
• Obtain vendor quotes and manage vendor communication.
• Work with internal rEvolution teams to ensure events stay on track according to the program timeline and within budget.

• 2-4 years of experience working within hospitality events, ideally as part of a marketing/advertising agency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, marketing, hospitality, tourism or a related field.
• Proficiency in online registration platforms such as STOVA, Cvent, etc.
• Ability to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours to be on-site at hospitality events, including weekends and/or holidays.
• Motorsports experience is a plus.

Location:

Chicago, IL. Salary range: $55-65K, plus annual bonus potential of 7.5%.
