Nov 21, 2024 – The Advertising Director collaborates with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment of briefs, and balances immediate sales goals with long-term brand identity. This position oversees the development and implementation of high-quality creative assets across various channels, working closely with production teams to maintain brand standards. The director also directs post-production processes and ensures all outputs align with brand values, design guidelines, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Define, own, and develop the company's Advertising strategy.
- Take full PnL responsibility and ensure a sustainable growth budget that is aligned with the different business units and departments.
- Lead and continuously develop his/her team (Ad Operations, Ad data, Ad product, Ad programmatic)
- Be responsible for the overall development of the Advertising product portfolio and its integration in line with the user and customer needs.
- Continuously adapt the Advertising landscape and technology to reflect the latest trends and market developments.
- Ensure a state-of-the-art Advertising technology stack reflecting the needs of the customers.
- Optimize the revenue streams out of the programmatic Advertising channels ensuring optimal fill rate, CPMs, and campaign management.
- Ensure advertising products perform as per market standards and align with the product directors.

Job Summary:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, including negotiating annual SOWs, reconciling agency manpower hours vs budget, and providing performance assessments to deliver results cost-effectively.
- Manage across the portfolio of Company brands to remain flexible to dynamic business and marketplace changes, yet take advantage of scale and volume.
- Partner with agencies to provide media principles and strategies for the portfolio, as well as align with individual brand strategies to drive maximum results.
- Work closely with brand teams on media planning, creative development processes, and execution and act as a liaison with agencies to ensure efficient use of agency manpower.
- Facilitate the development of integrated plans across other consumer touchpoints to maintain consistency of brand messaging.
- Partner with research and analytics team members to develop standardized KPIs for media performance and analyze data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of media.
- Continually seek out and implement cost savings opportunities to provide the optimal mix of working vs. non-working media investment.
- Manage and coach digital marketing manager working across social media, digital media, websites, SEO, SEM, etc.
- Collaborate across groups including brand teams, packaging, research, shopper marketing, sales, e-commerce, etc. to ensure tight linkage of communications across the consumer journey.

Job Summary:
- Lead brand development and management for the enterprise brand portfolio.
- Deliver broad strategic initiatives that become foundational to brand positioning, brand expression, and activation through both internal and external communication channels.
- Responsible for both broad strategic undertakings and as well as strategic brand activation product and business positioning and verbal and visual expression.
- Partners with marketing organization strategists and with business unit stakeholders.
