Hybrid Working Model
This position can be based in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, or Toronto. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as the role requires on‑site presence at least three days per week.
OverviewAs a Product Marketing Manager – Drafting Solutions, you will drive innovation in the legal tech space, collaborating with industry experts and cutting‑edge tools to deliver solutions that create real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Product Marketing & Execution:
Define the product GTM strategy and the right mix of marketing tactics and programs. Coordinate execution across Segment, Growth, and Product teams. - Product Messaging & Content Creation:
Own marketing content—from concept through market validation, creation, delivery, and measurement—including collateral, sales presentations, blog posts, battle cards, web copy, and competitive analysis. - Product Launch Strategy & Execution:
Align with Product Management to translate new features into value for customers. Lead planning and execution of launches to maximize market penetration and sales impact. - Sales Enablement Support:
Serve as the go‑to person for product‑specific queries, leveraging market feedback, positioning documents, release notes, and competitive research to build, deploy, and measure sales enablement assets. - Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Stay current on market trends and competitor strategies; update battle cards quarterly and propose data‑driven product & marketing recommendations. - Market Outreach:
Drive demand and co‑develop up‑sell/cross‑sell campaigns across Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Enablement; identify target audiences and measure results. - Customer References:
Translate customer usage into case studies that highlight Before/After ROI and support qualified leads; represent products to customers when appropriate.
- 7+ years of product‑focused marketing experience.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and effective timing of messaging.
- Legal industry exposure is a plus, not required.
- Proven value‑based storytelling skills and ability to craft messaging throughout the funnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across marketing copy, presentations, emails, etc.
- Self‑starter with proactive problem‑solving and initiative.
- Adaptable under pressure, removing barriers to deliver outcomes.
- Collaborative team player supporting cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with empathy for customers and sales.
- Business‑oriented, balancing analytical solutions with creative intuition and revenue focus.

Annual salary range: $80,000 to $100,000. Final compensation depends on education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications.
