The Student & Community Engagement Coordinator is a seasoned expert entrusted with spearheading the marketing strategy for clients, devising creative methods to enhance participation in student nutrition programs through merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives. They develop, implement, and monitor cutting‑edge marketing practices in line with industry standards, promoting student nutrition programs through innovative merchandising, impactful campaigns, and effective communication efforts. You will assist the operation by engaging with students, parents, staff, and community members.
Responsibilities- Execute marketing programs in partnership with account operators and support teams.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing plans and projects and effectively manage productivity and progress.
- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on all marketing activities and outcomes.
- Take the lead in developing and executing community engagement strategies.
- Train and support operators in the implementation of student‑facing and front‑of‑house programs, systems, and processes.
- Customize marketing materials with guidance from Quest marketing department and coordinate with account team for execution.
- Assess front‑of‑house operations for student experience, operating standards, and signature programs; work with operators to monitor and improve results.
- Collect data and report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
- K12 food service experience strongly preferred.
- Strong client relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of the food service industry.
- Requires extensive hours at times and frequent local travel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to present to large groups.
