We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Marketing Manager to join our innovative and passionate team. This key position will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies focused on lead generation, partnership management, and brand growth to support the business development of our loan team.

Pay Range: 60k to 80k

Responsibilities

Partnership Management & Maximization:

  • Ensure all deliverables for business partnerships (e.g., real estate agents, financial planners, community groups) are maximized and align with internal business objectives.
  • Research, vet, and recommend additional referral-based partnerships that align with business growth goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong marketing vendor relationships, managing invoices and payments as needed.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Work with internal or external brand and creative teams to develop and launch local marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, digital ads, print materials).
  • Collaborate on yearly marketing campaigns and all associated assets, including print advertising, social media content, digital campaigns, community event materials, and client communication pieces.
  • Ensure all marketing assets and activities strictly adhere to all compliance and industry regulations.

Brand & Digital Management:

  • Manage the loan officer's local brand presence and community engagement efforts to increase general brand awareness and lead flow.
  • Develop and execute social and digital campaigns across various platforms, tracking performance and adjusting strategy to optimize results.
  • Oversee the relationship with any digital vendors (e.g., website/SEO, CRM) to ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be calm under pressure and able to troubleshoot any production or project issues with ease.
  • Prior experience working in the real estate or mortgage industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent professional experience.
