As a Market Research Manager (internally known as Account Manager), you will manage research projects for leading companies. You will work collaboratively with the team to help uncover and communicate key insights, context, and actionable strategies on all the research projects you work on.
What you can expect to be doing:- Focus on executional excellence while growing both internal and client partnership skills.
- Understand the project lifecycle for custom research and manage projects start‑to‑finish with exceptional proficiency, with some supervision.
- Interact comfortably with clients on execution‑focused tasks and contribute to presentations for basic results.
- Provide pricing support and material development for proposals as requested.
- Participate in thinking through methodological considerations and recommendations as part of a larger account team.
- Oversee and coordinate with junior team members, providing project‑level support, delegating work, giving instructions, and quality control.
- Be involved in analytic plans, and aspects of report writing to find the story in the data.
- Develop custom surveys.
- Perform link checking.
- Monitor fieldwork.
- Plan data processing and analysis.
- Guide report visualization and story‑telling.
- Develop report population and content.
- Oversee the role of Analyst on these tasks, where both may play a role.
- Carry out tasks under the supervision of a manager or senior team members.
- At least 2+ years of market research experience.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree;
Master’s level education is an asset. - Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in completing all tasks.
- Ability to positively interact with internal support teams.
- Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to accuracy and completeness of information.
- Basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools (a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
- Ability to manage complex, multi‑faceted project budgets and create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule, and budget.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, and possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
- Thrives within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well‑developed interpersonal and presentation skills.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non‑discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
