Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay: $45k/yr - Part-Time

We are seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Marketing Specialist to oversee the marketing and promotion of our podcast and newsletter.

This role will focus on creating engaging content, managing projects, and optimizing newsletter performance to maximize impact.

• Collaborate with third-party designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Develop email templates featuring high-quality images and compelling content.
• Project manage the deployment of weekly newsletters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Track and analyze newsletter metrics to identify what’s working, optimize performance, and enhance overall impact.
• Additional responsibilities to be determined based on team needs.

• Proven experience in marketing and email campaign management
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with design tools and email marketing platforms.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
