We’re looking for a Mold Designer to join our growing team in Pulaski, TN. In this role, you’ll design high-quality injection molding tools while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life. This is a hands‑on, technically challenging role with real impact on production outcomes.

• Design precision injection molds from concept through release
• Develop detailed mold layouts and component designs
• Solve design challenges and optimize tooling performance
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support manufacturing and production
• Provide design support during build, testing, and launch phases

• Experience in mold and tooling design
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes
• Proficiency in CAD design software
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Manufacturing or injection molding background preferred
• Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) is a plus
