Due to the highly interactive nature of this manufacturing position, in-person attendance and flexibility are essential for supporting production schedules, effective communication and collaboration, real-time problem solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives. Want to make an impact?The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining organization of the maintenance department through effective supervision of personnel. The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and education to the crafts, programs, and policies and procedures. The position is responsible for enforcing company, plant, and department policies, enforcing safety and sanitation hygiene rules, providing education and cross‑training resources, supervising administration for departmental personnel, and other managerial tasks as needed.

- Manage all administrative details for personnel, including time off requests, documentation, training, supplies, and more
- Working experience and knowledge with maintenance management systems and computer skills
- Strong communication skills in coaching, mentoring, team building and motivating others
- Eagerness to both learn new processes and to help educate team
- 3-5 years of proven and successful experience in industrial maintenance management
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED and a 2 year Associate’s Degree in Technical field with related experience required
- Experience leading a team of employees with varying levels of experience
- Hands‑on knowledge of plant/manufacturing maintenance required with food industry equipment
- Knowledge and dedication to manufacturing safety standards and procedures required
- Hands on experience with maintenance systems such as SAP and Maximo

CompensationThe salary range for this role is $81,225 - $118,300 annually.
