We are seeking an experienced Manager of Manufacturing to lead plant operations, drive performance, and build high-performing teams.

This role is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities to ensure excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost for a medical device manufacturer. The ideal candidate brings deep operational leadership experience, a track record of continuous improvement, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple departments for a privately-held manufacturing company with multiple plant locations.
• Manage staffing, labor forecasting, and material planning to meet production demand.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

• Improve productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute quarterly priorities aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain and review weekly Manufacturing Scorecards to drive accountability.

• Coach, develop, and hold supervisors and frontline team members accountable for performance.

• 10+ years of direct manufacturing operations experience
• Proven supervisory and team leadership success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and control costs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in life science, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
