We’re looking for a Mold Designer to join our growing team in Pulaski, TN. In this role, you’ll design high-quality injection molding tools while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life. This is a hands‑on, technically challenging role with real impact on production outcomes.

Design precision injection molds from concept through release

Develop detailed mold layouts and component designs

Solve design challenges and optimize tooling performance

Partner with cross‑functional teams to support manufacturing and production

Provide design support during build, testing, and launch phases

Experience in mold and tooling design

Strong understanding of injection molding processes

Proficiency in CAD design software

Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills

Manufacturing or injection molding background preferred

Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) is a plus
