- HS diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience working in a quality technician role.
- Steel manufacturing experience is strongly preferred but open to heavy industrial manufacturing settings.
- Experience reading blueprints/drawings
- Measuring parts experience - calipers, micrometers, height gauges etc.
- Has to be able to be on their feet for long periods of time & have strength to handle various pieces of testing equipment.
- Able to communicate cross functionally within all departments.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office, email, adobe acrobat and other job related software.
- NDT experience
- Ultrasonic testing experience.
- ASNT or ASQ experience.
