LONG TERM CONTRACT (1 yr +) Benefits offered
$50-70/hrly
100% OnsiteThis role is all about setting up a mini production environment in a lab-based setting as a product moves into low-scale manufacturing
. You’d partner closely with design teams to define manual assembly processes
, layouts, and flows (automation experience is welcome, but manual assembly is key here).
- Define and develop assembly processes from concept to execution
- Support design-for-assembly and collaborate with designers
- Create work instructions, IPQP, risk documentation, and process documentation
- Work with vendors, material management, and flow
- Apply lean manufacturing principles in a growing production environment
