We're seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join a high‑impact, cross‑functional agile pod focused on disruptive and scale innovation for a global food leader. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to work both onsite and remotely, collaborating with top experts across R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy.

• Food Industry Focus:
  Leverage your food & beverage experience (must‑have) to lead projects that bring new products and packaging to market, working directly with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.
• End‑to‑End Innovation:
  Manage packaging changes, formula updates, feasibility constraints, and machinery timelines from concept to launch.
• Agile Leadership:
  Run sprints, facilitate ceremonies, and coach a diverse team through rapid, iterative development cycles.
• Hands‑On Impact:
  Tackle real‑world challenges in supply chain development, factory engineering, and machinery innovation, helping the team move quickly from insight to execution.
• Collaboration & Growth:
  Build strong relationships with cross‑functional leaders and translate needs between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Empowerment & Flexibility:
  Enjoy a proactive, self‑driven environment where you identify stakeholders, processes, and solutions independently. Flexible hours support global collaboration.

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the food & beverage industry (non‑negotiable).
• Proven experience with physical product innovation, especially packaging and operations/manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercialization processes, agile methodologies, and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills.
• A passion for empowering teams, iterative learning, and removing barriers to execution.
