Plant Manager

Plastic blow molding experience is mandatory.

• Operational Management
  :
  Oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and process optimization for blow molding or injection molding lines.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Manage, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, technicians, and production staff to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
• Quality Assurance
  :
  Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and customer specifications, minimizing defects and waste.
• Safety Compliance
  :
  Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Cost Management
  :
  Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, while driving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Process Improvement
  :
  Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Equipment Oversight
  :
  Manage maintenance and upgrades of blow molding or injection molding machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal disruptions.
• Reporting
  :
  Provide regular reports on production metrics, downtime, and KPIs to senior management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• 5+ years plant management leadership experience in plastics
• 5+ years blow molding and/or injection molding experience.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with plastic blow molding or injection molding.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and driving operational improvements in a manufacturing setting.
