  • Summary/Objective

    A line leader is responsible for directing, coaching, and motivating a group of team members to meet daily production goals and build interpersonal relationships in line with the Company’s mission and Core Values.

    Essential Functions
  • Abides OSHA and FSC rules and regulations for safety.
  • Wear typical protection gear in an environment that contains dust, odors and noise.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Supervise and assign work for employees.
  • Involved with employee’s performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure orders are completed on time and inspect work for completeness by way of blueprints, picklist and orders.
  • Train new hires to meet department and company standards.
  • Communicate with other departments regarding status of projects via M2M, SFM and or ERP.
  • Proficient in requirements of assigned department technical skills and abilities.
  • Read orders and follow blueprint instructions.
  • Select correct program and ensure proper setup.
  • Verify correct material used for job.
  • Perform a quality check of finished parts.
  • Perform any routine maintenance if necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    • Team members will work primarily indoors, may occasionally be outdoors and could be exposed to elements (heat, snow, dust, etc).
