The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the assembly and injection molding departments, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position will be hands‑on, requiring strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to guide a team of assemblers and ensure smooth workflow across different production lines. Experience with plastic injection molding in a manufacturing environment is a requirement.

• Lead and coordinate daily assembly operations for wire harnesses, plastic components, and finished assemblies.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Schedule daily work for molding personnel based on weekly schedules.
• Oversee all injection and compression molding operations. This includes mold set up, changeovers, and mechanical trouble shooting on molding equipment.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Materials teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and report results to management.
• Ability to be flexible. Phoenix is a high mix production facility, so many hats are worn for all employees.
• Oversee wire harness assembly, and all secondary equipment including drilling, staking,, swaging, milling, broaching, and punch presses.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop others.
• Familiarity with production processes, assembly operations, and quality control standards

• Experience with plastic injection molding machines is required

• Bi‑Lingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
