Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Operate and monitor production equipment according to company standards. Assist with mixing, packaging, and labeling food products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow all safety and quality guidelines, including HACCP and GMP standards. Perform routine checks to ensure product specifications are met. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Essential Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred.
- Any previous GMP experience.
- Bilingual is preferred.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $19.00/hr.
