Overview
Title: Product Development Manager

Responsibilities- Development of new product formulations for specific market segments
- Refine existing formulations to improve unit cost of production
- Strong knowledge of raw materials supply and value chain
- Demonstrated experience in supporting customer trials of developed compounds
- Knowledge of standards like REACH, RoHS, FDA for medical grades, and emerging low-carbon mandates.
- Advanced degree in polymer chemistry is preferred
Compensation: $150,000 per year
