The
** Production Supervisor, Night Shift 4x3
** supervises daily activities of a small to mid-sized production team to ensure that established volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity. Identifies problems related to production process to assist process improvement. Furthers the refinement of processes and procedures.
** About the Job:
**** Oversight**:
Supervises the daily activities of a team by monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback. (50%)    
** Optimization:
** Identifies areas for development to continuously improve metrics and performance. (20%)    
** Support:
** Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact. (20%)    
** Enhancement:
** Contributes to the improvement of processes and procedures. (10%)    Other duties as assigned.

* Education:

*** Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
* Bachelor or university degree preferred
** Experience**:
* One to two years of experience with at least one year at a supervisor level preferred
* Supervisory skills
* Advanced knowledge in MS Office
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
