In this role you will have full autonomy to oversee daily operations across production, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. • Direct all daily operations across production, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
• Lead and mentor a large multi-functional department, partnering with managers to maximize performance
• Drive strategic decisions on budgeting, forecasting, and product development alongside the Owner

• Proven leadership experience within a high-output manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong operational background in budgeting, strategic planning, and employee relations
