• To Live and Lead Safety:
  Manages Site Safety Program ensures policies followed, Drives housekeeping standards 5S, Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
• To Inspire and Provide Clarity on Vision and Strategy:
  Develops thorough understanding of strategic initiatives, Supports positive change working with staff, Communicates understanding of relationship between site actions and results and overall objectives.
• To Own Our ATS Culture:
  Drives day-to-day execution of team responsibilities/team priorities, Displays behaviors align with self-motivated emotional intelligence.
• To Support Our Employees' Learning and Growth:
  Manages employee performance, provides development opportunities, Mentors/coaches employees career planning training skills development one-on-one communication.
• To Ensure and Drive our Business Results:
  Leads and ensures Operating System understood reinforced embedded, Assists Site Manager measuring and reporting KPIs root cause analyses, Delivers action items, removes barriers continuous improvement, Communicates and escalates priorities, issues, equipment status to customer sustaining positive profitable relationship, Assists Site Manager managing expenses labor overtime material consumption, Approves overtime, Reviews work orders adherence schedules others gaps, Conducts and participates in team meetings influential leader.

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with minimum 3 years experience or equivalent combination education experience.
• Strong communication skills verbal written.
• Strong computer skills Microsoft applications web-based applications CMMS software.

• Foundational business acumen understanding contracts customer business negotiation billing models financial experience relationship building.
• Planner scheduler experience ideal.

Paid Salary: $84,631.21—$ USD
