Basic Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of hands‑on F‑35 maintenance experience, including working knowledge of the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and related tools such as the Anomaly Fault Resolution System, Customer Relationship Management, Joint Technical Data Navigation, Portable Maintenance Aid (PMA)/Maintenance Vehicle Interface (MVI) activities, Configuration Management and forms documentation, and supply chain management activities.
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in a 5 or 7‑skill level USAF AFSC, CDI/CDQAR Navy NEC, or CDI/CDQAR U.S. Marine Corps, or an equivalent for Fighter Attack Aircraft.
- Knowledge of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Quality, and Security programs.
- Willingness to accommodate a heavy travel schedule with very short notice (more than 50% travel).
- FAA aircraft and Power Plant Mechanic license (desirable).
- Proficiency with LM’s F‑35 Nose‑to‑Tail maintenance concept.
- Low Observable/Structures Maintenance experience.
- Avionics Systems Maintenance experience.
- Weapons/Egress Systems Maintenance experience.

Aircraft Mechanic 4
You will be the Aircraft Mechanic for the Quick‑Response Team responsible for maintaining F‑35 aircraft readiness worldwide. The position is located at our Luke AFB, AZ site.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute nose‑to‑tail maintenance on F‑35 aircraft, ensuring airworthiness and mission readiness.
- Rapidly deploy to customer sites, often with less than 24‑hour notice, supporting pop‑up tasks worldwide.
- Coordinate with the Interim Contractor Support infrastructure to integrate efforts and share expertise.
- Maintain a valid flight line driver competency card and meet all physical performance standards.
- Document maintenance actions and provide clear feedback to stakeholders.

SECRET clearance required. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance to start.

Work ScheduleMultiple shifts available. Non‑standard 40‑hour work week as assigned.
TeleworkNo telecommuting. Work is performed onsite full‑time at the designated Lockheed Martin facility.
